It's been a few years since I had my wheel repaired but it was done by Gary's Steering Wheel Restoration wheelrest@aol.com.

If the crack is small enough you can take some soft wax like they use in woodworking and fill it in. I did that too my 66 Chevelle plastic wood wheel.
