I don’t want the window sticker to be an issue if I get accepted for Bloomington Gold.

Ron,
Define "issue."
In BG, every deduction box is 5 points. It's not like NCRS where we get to pick and choose how much we deduct. At times that is good, other times bad.
It's zero deduction for "appears reasonably undetectable" and likely one box over (i.e. 5 points off) for "easily detectable." The next two boxes are "fair facsimile" and "missing/totally unlike TFP."
The window sticker is its own line item, and is not bundles with anything else.
Given this, I believe that any repro will likely get no more than one box (5 pt) deduction, and likely none, but that depends on the judge.
If you pattern your sticker after original examples and find that you think it's good enough, it's likely good enough as odds are you will spend far more time analyzing it than the BG judge... not that I'd know.
It's glued inside the passenger's side window.
Oh - one thing I notice is that your software is likely auto kerning, i.e. squishing letters together so that narrow letters get less space than fat letters. I don't think that original stickers or paperwork had this, so I'd turn off that setting.

Ron -
Rather than agonize over it and attract attention with non-typical fonts, colors, and appearance, I'd just order one from Triple-A and move on; it will be about as good as they get for a reproduction, and you can just apply it to the upper rear corner of the driver's door glass (as shown in the Assembly Manual) and focus on other things.

I'm with him. Triple-A makes a nice one. Send Vin # dealer & options if you don't have original cope of paperwork to send. I had one made for my 70 LT-1 & I sent a cope of my Original window sticker years ago in 1979. Compared the 2 when I got it & it was very close. I don't think they make them look aged like some others do which I like.
