Wiper switch , what does it fit ?

Joe . I have a new windshield wiper switch in a pull string box with a part number 1993642 . no group # and it just says REMY on the box . in small letters on the bottom side it says delco-remy division of general motors . I looked through my old parts books and didn't find anything . What does it fit ?????

My 1964 & 1965 Chev. Parts Catalogs (Oct. 1963 & Oct. 1964) list the 1993642 wiper switch for the following in Gr. 10.163:
64 PASS. w/sgl. spd. and washer
