A6 Compressor seal installer/remover

Anyone know if the Kent Moore part number for the seal remover/installer is J 33018 or j 33018-A is correct for the seal on an A6 compressor? I need to buy one and want to make sure I get the right thing. thanks!!

Please see the last page of the air conditioning section of your copy of the Chevrolet Overhaul Manual for the year of your car. That page will have an illustrated list of the tools needed to service your compressor.

Tom, I am not sure the Kent Moore tool seal remover and installer will be readly available, You may be able to source the tools from your local auto parts store, A lot of the parts stores deal with tool catalog Companies. might be worth a try. Also note you will need a long nose pair of snap ring pliers to remove the internal C-Clip.

The tool number that I posted was what I found on the "favorite auction site". There are many avalible, just want to be sure that the ones there will work. In typical fashon the application for the tool is not listed, just the part number and price.
