63 headlight metal hardware

On the 63 headlight metal area where the headlights mount to and where the adjustment screws are located,is this area painted with the green zinc primer ? Thanks

Robert,

If you are referring to the metal bezel that is attached to the fiberglass bucket, that is semi gloss black. This part attaches with four unique screws according to my memory.
