I use GM Parts Direct to see if parts are still available. GM # 3733134 is history. Try Ebay or some of the many Corvette vendors. I'm sure you will find some but the price will be a bit higher. Your local GM dealership might still have some. I believe that I may have some but they are not for sale.

I'd say you could buy the entire set of bolts for the manifolds from vette jobbers for less than $20
