I am restoring a 1963 SWC and am looking for the best possible match to its original Sebring Silver color. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Re: Duplicating the 1963 Sebring Silver color
Loren, I tried to order some in 1986 through my Dupont dealer, he called the Dupont rep and was told no they didn't have the metal flake that was used in 63. Told me it was ground mother of pearl or something, and not produced anymore by them. Got a close 10 ft match, but no 'real deal' Sebring Silver'.1964 Red FI Coupe, DUNTOV '09
Drove the 64 over 5000 miles to three Regionals and the San Jose National, one dust storm and 40 lbs of bugs!- Top
