I was looking for some parts and came across surplusgm.com. There are discounted surplus parts listed including Corvette, mostly parts within the past few years.

OEM Surplus Parts were originally destined to
build great cars and trucks, but due to production
changes or minor cosmetic flaws were excluded
from the new-vehicle process. Our inventory
includes current and past model collision parts
harvested from North American assembly plants
and several tier one suppliers

Correct Dick. They also have items such as surplus Corvette wheels from Bowling Green and other parts. It is important to note the outlet is not owned by GM but is a company that buys flawed and surplus parts from the various GM and supplier facilities. I didn't find what I was looking for as the inventory is too new.
