C 4 (1991) leather color match?

The seat bolster on the drivers side is very worn. Cannot find new leather that matches texture and color. It is light grey.
Can I just dye it again, as I cannot find the right replacement material?

Richard, try Al Knoch and/or a good upholstery shop. Al has yard goods and dyes. Good Luck! Steve

They can be dyed with pretty good success. Most car dealers have a vinyl repair person on site or that visits weekly.

If you're referring to the outside bolster on the seat back, I don't think they were covered with leather. They are a very thin, cheap vinyl.
