Obviously the cars are also tested in Europe at the moment also to get the appropriate EU approvals. This picture was recently taken in Switzerland according to the website. It appears that this car has washers for the front lights as feature I do not see on US cars:

front light washers and repeater turn signals on the door mirrors are EU. Both should be available as US options but are not.

Don't the European ones also get different color side marker lights? Seems like I saw some with odd color side marker lights last time I was at the BG factory.

I know that tail light turn signals are now yellow for US and the mirror EU repeator lights are also yellow. Are you refering to the wheel well lights

Yes, the side marker lights, on the front and rear sides. Seems like a couple years ago the Euro ones had different colors than US.

This shows rear side marker as amber, not red:

The EU version is in above link. Looks like C7 has red wheel markers in the back just like the US version Both have amber in front as well.
