This is needed for my 1963 (NOM). Where can I find this starter which has a 3 bolt pattern?

The 739 block isn't drilled for a starter. Its starter attaches to the bellhousing (manual transmission) or to the transmission (Powerglide) with three horizontal bolts; the starter is #1107664, available from John Pirkle Jr., www.johnpirkle.com.- Top

Yes, they were, and the crankshaft in a Turboglide engine was also unique - it had a MUCH larger machining center hole at the rear to accommodate the much larger pilot on the Turboglide converter. Not many of them built (pass. car only, VERY low volume).- Top
