Thats right John "Owner Protection Plan" NOT a warranty book. The manual calls for both there is only one. Phil 8063

As I recall the envelope was discontinued sometime during the 63 model year production, I just can't remember when.

I think Jan. 1 it went to a clear plastic type.

Yepper, paper envelope was a carry-over from C1 days - know there is a date on the clear plastic type, just have CRS here at work!

The '63 Miscellaneous Shipping List (UPC 14, sheet A8.00) shows #3838412 "Booklet, Owner Protection Plan", and #3834959 "Envelope - Owner's Booklet" (also noted as "Used as owner's protection plan booklet container"). #3834959 envelope is the later clear plastic part - the early paper one isn't shown on the Miscellaneous Shipping List, as the first eight revisions (prior to 4-63) are shown on the early version of the sheet, which disappeared when revision #9 was entered.
