C1 Windshield Wiper Control Cable
This question regards the routing of the 1962 windshield wiper control cable - that Bowden cable from the dash switch to the wiper motor.
1. Does the cable go above, below, or in between the two wiper transmission cables?
2. How does that white plastic retainer (3750535) go? What does it do? The AIM shows it wrapped around the cable and the directional wires. But that doesn't seem right. The directional wires coming out of the steering column are halfway down to the floor. The AIM then shows the cable going up to the base of the windshield. ???
