    1954 Wiring Harness

I want to replace the wiring harness in our 1954 Corvette. The car was converted to 12 Volt. I know that the 6 volt wiring will work. None of the gauges work. What do I put between the 6 volt gauge and the 12 volt power?

my car was converted to 12v back in the 60's
all the gauges worked on 12v
you will need to change the voltage regulator to 12v.
    Grounds good ?

Chris and Bill thank you. I will check the ground, light bulbs and gauges too.

Put a drop down Resister on your fuel gauge and clock. Cig lighter element will need to be 12v. Change your bulbs to 12v. Don't put in headlights that draw over 30 amps......bj

Also put in a 12v flasher
