Muffler Black Out recomendations?

I am ready to Black Out the mufflers on my 68, any recomendations?

The long and short of it is, it does not matter whether Walker (the manufacturer) or an assemblyline worker did it. Just the bottom half and a portion of the front and rear received coverage. A great match is to use GM #1050104 (reconditioning paint). Still available from GM.

As Ron has stated also be aware that most people use to flat of a paint such as BBQ black it was not flat black.

I heard they were painted with a mop glove. Bad joke but couldn't resist. WAY TMI on subject.
