Yes, it is. GM #22062740 is what you need. The original part number was 22049686 which was recently replaced by the aforementioned.

FWIW have you checked out the switch? Worth reading Mike Ingham's article in the Winter 2013 Restorer on a door window motor problem that turned out to be the switch.
