I am thinking about getting my 68 Judged sometime in Spring or Summer.
I'm not sure that it would make a BowTie award or not, but I would like to have it judged just to know what percentage of Original it is.
                  From what I know:
The Intake Manifold, Carb, Air Cleaner, Valve Covers are the only Engine Changes.
The Exhaust and Brakes have been changed.
The Paint had some touch ups done behind the wheels.
                  The Radio, Speakers were changed.
Two Weather Strips and Two Rear Compartment Door Frames and the Battery.
The Gas Tank possibly too... not sure though.

                    Scott,
                    Your vette looks good, but you list a lot of changes; get the ncrs judge manual for your C3 and judge it yourself by download the judge sheets from this website;
or take it to a local Chapter Meet and have it judged; either or both are good learning experiences. Good luck.
                    Dr. George

Welcome to the NCRS and to the TDB Scott! Looks like a very nice stable of cars you've got there.

Is that a Michigan plate in the one (inside garage) photo I see? If so, was it from the previous owner or are you in Michigan? There are several of us C3'ers lurking here from Michigan.

We'd all love to hear the story of how you came to select the '68.

That's my Plate. I just picked up 68 VETT and 02 VETT (I previously had RED C5 on my 02).

I have always loved Vettes and the C3 was always one of my Favorites.
I bought the 02 in 02 so I am the Only owner of that one.
I never looked to get a C3 because during the 1st 16 Years for my Business took a lot of Time and Dedication to get that going.
Now that I work a little less I have time to "Properly" own a Car of this Age.
I bought the Car off eBay which was a bit scary but I only had $500 down at that point.
Before I bought it I searched the VIN and found as much info as I could to be sure the Seller was Truthful about the listing, which it seemed he was.
My Wife, Kids and I drove all the way to Illinois to pick it up and Drove it Back. No problems with the Drive at all.
Only had a chance to take it out once more before Winter hit (Bought it in Early November)

I liked this particular 68 because I always wanted
                            1) Chrome Bumpers Front and Rear
                            2) T-Tops over Convertible
                            3) I was born in 68 as well
                            4) Mileage was Low and Everything was in working order at time of Purchase including Fiber Optics

So I have been learning a lot from CorvetteForum about Restoring vs Keeping Original, etc.
Hoping to keep learning more. Still trying to decide if I want to keep it un-restored -or- fix it up here and there.
I currently have a New Muffler (MagnaFlow) waiting to be installed since the one on it is Rusted and not original either.
I changed the Stereo to one that Looks like the Original since the one in there was not Original either.
