I came across two black plastic tie straps in GM packaging. They are #3830786. Not sure what's the application. Any ideas?

I just found the answer in Dr. Rebuild's catalog. They're used for various applications in 66-69 vettes.

The only place I know of where the GM 3830786 tie strap is used on a '67 is for the big block radiator overflow hose, one upper and one lower (UPC L36-A5, item 7)
