69 Exhaust manifold

Do the bolts holding the exhaust manifold to the head have washers? Washers only by the alternator. Or does the exhaust manifold take French locks

You need to indicate big block or small block.

No washers and no french locks. The end runner bolts (both sides of all 4 end runner positions) are a special thread-locking bolt with no washers. All other bolts are a flanged head type bolt.
