      I was able to secure a nut at a not so local auto parts store. Seems, as Dick W. indicated through the site he posted, that the 17/32"-20 nut is not unique but used primarily on 69-82(?) vettes and GM medium to heavy duty trucks.

      I made my little adapter for the camber/castor guage and all is well. Thanks for the help!

        I checked only car applications and those are limited to Corvettes and the 1969-70 full size Chevrolet with disc brakes. Apparently, there are a lot of truck applications, though.
