seems as though if you click on the thread title you get the 403 error message...however if you click on the down arrow next to the title it opens the thread

The arrow does work.

I get the same error when on the page that just lists the Forums. There is no down arrow there.

Same here although I can get to my posts and profile but not Tech Discussion.

I can not access the Help Desk to see whats happening.

Finally works, thought maybe this was another conspiracy to keep me from using Apple products, as all the events sections don't work with Apple.

it is an Apple browser problem - Safari I believe is not compatible and you need to look at something like Opera

Yes, I know Safari is not compatible with some NCRS things, probably because Safari is the most secure browser made, I never heard of Opera, but I hope it is more secure than FireFox and IE10. I will check with my IT department about it.

I couldn't get on the forum from my direct "favorites" link at 4:00 PM - each time I tried I got a "403 Forbidden" error screen. Had to go to the main page and back into the TDB from the paragraph header.

John,

403 error message was probably cached somewhere along the Internet route. Ctrl/F5 together clears cache and refreshes the screen. Sometime you have to do that 3 or 4 times to clear all the caching in your PC and ISP servers.
