Hans Norberg had a survey of 435/M40 going years ago, but as far as I know that survey did not survive his demise. That situation is one all of us who conduct surveys should keep in mind and take steps to prevent.

I may have a copy of that survey, I am up to my ears in alligators and don't have time to look right now, but I will see what I can find over the weekend. If it does not contain more info than his LS 6 survey did, it won't be of much use.
