I got a similar email from Tom Falconer (who is in Spain so you know) and of course it's an email hacking scam - no grown up man would cry if just a stupid fone and money is
stolen ;-)

Its the old Nigerian Scam. Its been around for years. By the way if you have ATT and travel to Europe, you can arrange reasonable rates for phone service while there
