Stuck nut on evaporator

While repairing the evaporator housing I had to remove the POA valve to get the whole thing apart. The nut on the evap. outlet is siezed to the tube, had to unscrew the POA valve from it to get it off. The nut's been soaked with Kroil each morning and evening for two weeks but it won't budge. Any ideas?? I'd hate to do any damage to the evap. Thanks!!!

Try CRC Freeze Off available in most auto parts stores. I sprayed steel studs in aluminum manifold once every 4~5 minutes 6 times in 30 minutes and they finally broke lose.

try some heat from a bernz a matic torch
