How do I remove the Tumbler from the housing? Do I pry the chrome face off? Thanks for some help. Dutch

Dutch,

No prying is necessary. It's easy to remove the push button using a bent-over paper clip by depressing each sequential tumbler (including the first tumbler-like, spring-loaded retainer) in the small rectangular hole on the side of the lock case, just behind the bezel. To remove the push button, the key must NOT be inserted. In total there will be 5 plates to depress sequentially, with the push button coming out incrementally as each tumbler plate is depressed to allow it to pass by the bezel core. Hard to explain, very easy to do once you've seen it done once.
