1965 tire deductions

I have a 65 that I will have judged in the near future. It has 4 steel wheels and an original spare. If I put repro DOT Bias tires on it with Repro hubcaps. What type of deduction would I get, compared to me putting repo (coker)correct size radials on it with repo knock offs.
