Years ago I had a similar fan-clutch that I bought at a swap meet with the 4 small holes on the perimeter. My guess is early 1960's. I'm not sure if the early 1960's had ink stampings on them. The 1967 Eaton fan-clutches (without the 4 holes) that are similar were ink stamped with a date code.

this is a 62 fan clutch you can tell by the holes in the face and the two little holes in the back of the hub unless the bolt pattern where the fan bolts up is bigger than it would be a Pontiac
