    Requirements To Purchase A Duntov Award License Plate?

    I have a friend who is the ORIGINAL OWNER of a 1959 "DUNTOV AWARDED" Corvette. He wants to purchase(from NCRS) a DUNTOV AWARD "LICENSE PLATE", he would like to know what "documentation" he has to supply to NCRS so he can purchase this license plate?

      I would assume that this will require the owner of the car to contact NCRS judging chairman directly with his request.
