    Wobbly pulley Water pump bearing

I head a noise coming from what I thought sounded like the water pump. I shut the car off and it seems that the top pulley has a wobble in it. The bolts holding it on are tight, is this a bearing going out in the water pump shaft? the pulley has a lot of slack in it, when I grab the fan at work it back and forth.

Most likely, the waterpump bearing is shot. You'll need to remove the fan, fan clutch and waterpump. If it's an original pump, you'll probably want to have it rebuilt.
