Looking for paper work, 70 Coupe

I know it's the preverbial needle in the haystack, but here goes.

70 Coupe 194370S09516, sold new at Dailey Chevrolet Erie, PA (out of business in 1974), contacted current Erie Chev. dealer...no help, two owners previous to me won't return my calls, PA DMV doesn't go back past 10 years.
Tank sticker still attached to tank, but unreadable. Have had interior out, no second copy to be found.

Contacted Erie,PA/OH area Corvette clubs, no response.

Any info appreciated.

I found my copy of the tank paperwork above my 70's tach. Placed it with the original window sticker I carefully removed. I found my 68's behind the radio.

Black light the tank sheet, see if the ink shows up then.

Interior has been out, no second copy.
