    94 headlight rebuild

on my 94 daily driver after I turn off my headlights the doors go down fine but I can still hear the motor trying to move. I was told its the bushings going bad inside the motor. I would like to rebuild them. I see in Corvette Centrals catalog they list three different bushings

    2.

    3.

So what one(s) do I need.

Keith, this is the one I would say you need. That's what we typically see.

Keith, you can trust Tom. I rebuilt my '93's motors with this kit. The "Delrin bushing" basically aligns the headlight gears. After time they just turn to powder as you will see when you open the housing. I suggest replacing in both headlights at same time.....it's a lot easier with the hood off. Good luck.

since only the drivers side is giving me troubles I ordered a new gear and bushings for that and only bushings for the other side. it looks easy enough to repair
