FYI: On another Corvette forum there is an advertisement for a Noland Adams photo library. Link below. Anyone know about this? Looks like subscription of $20 per year. Worth subscribing?

Someone should spend the $20 then post all the info here and on other sites for free. I always thought a hobby was about sharing info so other people could enjoy it too. Just my old 2 cents

Re: Noland Adams Image Library
Here is a link to a multi-page thread about this business venture created in Noland's name by Tobey Poulous-Erhart:
C1 & C2 Corvettes - Noland Adams Image Library - Anyone know anything about this? I go to nolandadams.com, and it just has an area for you to pay $20/year to subscribe, but there's no information about it as to what you get, sample pictures, etc. I know a guy was working with him to sell copies of his collection, but...
You'll want to read the whole thing.

Who does she think she is fooling with her attempt to explain why she "saved" Noland and his collection from all of the evil Corvette people? This womans's "plan" blows up as soon as all those evil Corvette people ban together and share the same user name and password for a SINGLE account on this website !!
Do you think she might just be stalling in "development" here until Noland and Mary are both out of the picture? Russ had this data ready to sell in much less time than she has spent.

Jim, Do you know for sure if Nolan turned over the rights to his whole data collection to this person?

Re: Noland Adams Image Library
I've been in Noland's catacombs when everything was still intact; there was a mind-numbingly huge amount of information there.

Her premise is that evil Corvette people, if they had been allowed to purchase the Noland Adams Digital Collection assembled by Russ, would have made mass duplicates and distributed them for free. Methinks she underestimates the esteem in which Noland is held and the general ethical nature of those who would have cherished the Digital Collection.

I can tell you that the Noland Adams Digital Collection was ready to be produced and shipped when this woman persuaded Noland to halt the project. I've seen the Digital Collection.... it occupies approximately 140 GB of disk space and is just amazing.
In my opinion, that it won't see the light of day is a real shame on several levels:
1. It is a treasure trove of information we all would have enjoyed.
2. It deprives Noland of income
3. Russ's 1000+ man hours of pro bono effort were for naught.
I'm more than a little annoyed at this turn of events.... in case I've been too subtle in my choice of words.
