Have a question on the rear 9 leaf spring, according to the NCRS technical and judging guide for 1964 on page 144 section 13, it states that on the 1964 springs the top two are flat is this correct? or is it the top three?
Also how are the liners placed on the top springs?

Doug -
The top three leaves are flat, and there's no liner between the top of the top cambered leaf (#6 counting from the bottom) and the bottom of the first flat leaf (#7 counting from the bottom).
