1969 Rear valance bolts type ?

HI guys

I have questions about 69 Rear valance

first : in the 68-69 Tech-info Manual / Judging guide
at page 31 "Rear valance" it says :

Recessed hex head bolts are unpainted
cadmium with captive flat washers

What is a CAPTIVE WASHER ??? anyone can tell me ?? or show me a picture ??

second : any particular or special marking on the bolt head ???

A captive washer is simply a washer that is "attached" to the bolt in such a way that it will not fall off prior to installation. This is an assembly aid and has no other functional purpose. It is impossible to discern a captive washer from a non-captive when installed.

I think any of the headmarks pictured could have been used for the rear valance application.

They look like captive washers. If they don't come off of the bolt, they are captive. Look correct to me although I am not sure of the head markings.
