    Starter shield screw

Anyone know what configuration this screw is and what finish.
Looks like a self threading screw since the brace ony has a punched hole.
This is for a 73 SB.

The GM #9420494 is a flanged ("washer"), hex head, self-tapping screw of 10-24 X 3/8" size. The head is untrimmed (i.e. "indented"). GM says that the screw is zinc plated. However, all the ones I have seen were phosphate-finished. So, it's possible another part-numbered screw was actually used in PRODUCTION.
