Bare vs vinyl covered mid year dashes?

Which '63, '67 years were bare and which covered with vinyl on the main part (area around clock, radio, speaker grille, etc)?

I believe only very early '63s had the non-vinyl covered center section.

63-64 JG states that 63 units after VIN # 3200 and all 64's had vinyl covered dash center sections.
