    Non D.O.T Tires Date/Codes

    Can someone tell me what these code/dates mean on my non D.O.T. tires on my 1961 Vette? Will they receive full points for Top Flight judging?

    Goodyear De Luxe Super Cushion 6.70 X 15 4 ply.
