Body removel check list 1980 ???

Looking to see if anyone has a check list to remove the body on a 80 car?or maybe someone has restored there 80 corvette. Or maybe a few pointers I have done my 63 car. Thanks Ed

On my 1980, I just used the checklist in Noland Adams' "Body Lift Workbook". Some of the body drop pictures at St. Louis (1981) are useful to see how they had the front/rear facia supported - should give you some more clearance at the rear especially. The engine was out of my 1980 when I did the lift, however, if the engine is in your car, be careful with the distributor clearance - remove the distributor cap

If you decide to leave the front bumper attached to the frame for the lift (see body drop front picture), don't forget the CENTER rubber body mount attaching the body to the bumper assembly.
