Can someone tell me if there is a defference in the clutch fork rod in a 65 small block car in one from a 65 big block.

also, don't forget that in addition to Steve's mention of the clutch fork rod; the [lever / bellcrank / Z-bar] is different, and the clutch pedal rod to Z-bar is unique to L78. It's all part of the BB package.- Top

Yes - the whole system is different between '65 small and big-blocks. Small-block uses an 18" pedal pushrod, a cross-shaft with 135* arm separation, and a 10-9/16"-long fork pushrod.
Big-blocks use a 19-1/4" pedal pushrod, a cross-shaft with 155* arm separation, and an 8-9/16"-long fork pushrod.- Top
