59 Windshield Date Code

I purchased this date coded windshield from CC. They asked for my VIN # and I gave it to them. I could have told them the car was born on June 28th or 29th of 1959 but they wanted the VIN. I guess they would determine the correct date code. Attached is a picuture of it and of the judging manual which I can't figure out. Can someone tell me if this is the correct date code for my car?

Picture 1 is what CC put on the windshield which actually came from Pilkington. Picture 2 is the judging manual

I also think the "DOT" wording is incorrect too.

Does anyone sell the windshield with the correct LOF logo? Maybe Auto City Classic?

I ordered all my glass from auto city and they do have the LOF logo, but sell 2 different heights of glass. Ask for Todd and tell him what you need.
