looking for confirmation on which radiator sould be installed in my 61 corvette 315Hp fuelie. my vin is 10867s110390, engine code f 0512 cs,block 3756519 dated D241.

I do not think the GM #3151116 uses a separate supply tank. At least, GM says that the 3151116 is configured with an integral top tank.
The GM #3150916 does use a separate supply tank.
As far as I can tell, the GM #3150916 was used for all late 1961 applications, regardless of engine, and was used for all 1962 Corvettes.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
