Source for C68 HVAC Control 1993 Vette

A friend of mine is in need of a replacement heater and a/c control unit, either new or reman, for his 1993 C4 with C68 automatic a/c. Any ideas of a source for this part?

I knew this would one day be a very hard part to find so I "stocked up" years ago. Well, now is the time that it's hard to find. There were two controllers used for 1992-93 with C68. For coupes, the part number was GM #16162118, aka Delco #15-73359. For most convertibles, except those with heated mirrors, the part number was the same. For those convertibles with heated mirrors the part number was GM #16162120, aka Delco #15-73360.

Both of the above are now discontinued and hard-to-find. I can't find any availability at AutoECM's which usually has just about every computer/controller you could imagine in re-manufactured form.

You might try calling OE Headquarters at 877-727-8725. They might be able to locate one in Delco inventory somewhere. I doubt it, but it's worth a try.

Another source you could try is Specialty Parts Warehouse in Opp, AL @ 334-493-1240.

White Racing Products seems to have it, so your friend is in luck if it's true
