For 1957, does the antenna cable run through the rocker panel with the rear harness wires, or does it dress on the inside of the floor pan? Can't tell from the AIM or other illustrations I have. They are not clear enough in that area. If they go through the rocker panel, do they use the same grommets as the wiring harness, or do they drill extra holes?
Thanks -Dan-
Dan,
The antenna goes through the rocker pannel with the rear wire harness. I dont remember for sure but I think there are two grommets at teh front by the kick pannel. Someone else may know that for sure and it may be different for a car that did not have a radio from the factory. The cable also goes over the rear wheel well not through the folding top area so no need for a grommet there.
