Any idea when the registration info will post on the upcoming 2011 Nationals? With 7 inches of snow on the ground here in K.C., isn't summer just around the corner?

In past years it has happened while we are in Florida. This year = next week.

The electronic registration has been thoroughly tested and, baring any unforeseen problems, is scheduled to be up and running in a few weeks.

Normally registration opens February 1, am not sure about this year.

The January / February 2011 issue of the Driveline contains both the hardcopy registration form and a full page of instructions for online registration. Both methods open on February 1 and both methods will be time stamped for the 'first come first served' approach to registration so neither method has a timing advantage.

Tony - In addition to the registration, I hope you remembered where you put your tire "chains" with that much snow. I'm sure you have a NOS set for your '65 somewhere. Pete

One more question. Since some of us won't receive the Driveline by Feb 1, where can we access the electronic registration? On the home NCRS site somewhere or on the MI site? Just trying to get prepared for Feb 1. Thanks.

I am just kind of guessing, but see the sticky posts at the top of the page? I would watch around February 1 for one about National registration if I was concerned about making a crowded judging class.

I know one cleaver guy (or should I say dumb luck guy)that found the National on line registration about a week ago, but then it was gone. I suspect a formal announcement will be coming along very soon! Patients, patients! There are very good reasons for holding off!

FYI - registrations made on-line will use a system generated date/time stamp when the registration is complete and submitted. Mailed-in registrations will use their envelope's post mark, which will be manually added to the registration system. This will continue the use of the post mark as the registration date. Gary....

Yes, the on-line registration and Convention information pages will contain the same information that's published in the Driveline. Both will be available from the NCRS website on Feb 1st. Gary....
