Kelsey or Coker Group Purchase

Anyone ever tried successfully to see if we could get a discount on a group purchase of reproduction tires.

While not correct I would love to put a set of Goodyear Polyglas GTs on my 70.

They are pretty pricey at $215.00 each. I might also consider G60 15 but they are shown at $285.00 each.

I understand they roll smooth and quiet but they ride harsher than radials.

I would use these to drive on as opposed to I would not drive on the bias ply tires correct for judging. Firestone Wide Oval in my case.

Would the G60-15 fit okay?

I have used a fellow named Rusty Small. He is a wholesaler connected with Kelsey. Nice guy to deal with, very helpful, very efficient. He sells the Goodyears on the side.

I have me quote. Still pretty pricey. Interestingly enough the Polyglas GT is less than the Speedway tire.

I recently used Rusty to purchase the Goodyear Speedway Red Stripes. I saved about $35.00 per tire overall. Good guy, and easy to do business with.
