Is that a water jacket area where the damage is and if so can that block be fixed ? Otherwise it's a boat anchor...no?

Car was at Pro Team around 2000. Title transferred to Michigan. Car is still around somewhere !!!

No details. I never saw an ad, but checked the VIN and saw some Ohio history on the car.

Your question has an air of doubt (as I myself do too) as to weather the car was sold as numbers matching with the implication of being original...........
