Original Seat Material

I have had my original 65 seats restored, and want to know what to do with the orginal materials.The date is stamped on the seat foam.I can't bing myself to throw it away unless it has no value. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Doug

I would suggest keeping the materials with the car. My experience with new seat foam is that it is more dense than original foam and causes a higher and more forward seating position in the car. For me, that was a problem. So, I used the old foam for a preferred seating position.
