Posted for Ralph Spears. From the trim ring package shipped in the rear of new Corvettes in the mid-1970s.

I guess it is a good thing NCRS judges Corvettes to the standard "....with normal dealer new car preparation." so you won't have to go out and try to get this label.

Neat stuff Terry. Ed Foss had that, among other things I had never seen, in his low mile '75 convertible at Gettysburg.

You know Ralph and his neat stuff.

Someplace around here I have some tags that were put on the dash that say things like: "DO NOT DRIVE -- NO BRAKES"
DO NOT START -- AIR DISCONNECTED and similar from the factory warnings that Ralph picked up over the years.

While searching through archived threads, I ran across Terry's post above (#4) with an image of this assembly line tag:

ROUGH ENGINE
DO NOT
ROLL TEST, SET TOE OR
DRIVE
CLAMP OFF A.I.R SYSTEM
UNTIL REPAIRED

I just have to ask: What's the reason for clamping off the AIR system because the engine is running rough?
