Does anyone have a source for serrated washers used on many of the 5/16" body fasteners such as hood/door/deck lid hinges. About 10% of my washers are cracked and I would prefer to keep original bolts on car and only replace washers. 5/16" washers are .75" o.d. and about .060" thick with a slight conical shape.
That's a tough one. I haven't seen any supplier use the serrated ones on their repro bolts. Aside from making your own from the "smooth" non-serrated replacements, used originals bolts may be your only alternative. I've seen John Meissinger have some on ebay on occasion, but they seem to be hot items and bidding wars usually abound.

p.s. just noticed he has a few there right now but seeing I now have let the cat-outa-the-bag...... $$$$$, sorry. I can't see serrations but you may want to send him a note.
