      If the sign says Sunken Gardens..then it must be St.Petersburg,Fl. Also looks like a motel sign " Court ".

        Middle badge might be SCCA and right badge might be NCCC. 'Kind of blurry pic, or maybe it is me eyes. I think the one on the left may be in an old Vilem B. Hahn catalog. I will see if I can fine it. Is the license New Hampshire? Possible a snow bird?

          The Sunken Gardens used to be in Winter Haven, FL. near Cypress Gardens on Cypress Gardens Blvd. Used to live near there 20+ years ago.

            It appears to be a 1964 New Hampshire license plate which would have been dark green with white characters. From the photograph, it seems possible that the cove was painted the same green as the plate which would have made a truly unique color combination.
